Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you’re happy with your Cosy Casa purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned unused, in a resalable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, details of the problem and clear photographs of the item and, where applicable, the packaging.

Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first. We will advise you on the next steps and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return.
